Answers:

I guess it has to something beside good African runners?
No. It have more to due with small, skinny frames, and culture whose everyday life involves like mad of walking and running, often for great distances.
I infer you mean cheetahs. And no, because I'm pretty sure adjectives of Africa's great runners didn't get hurriedly by being chased by lions.
Very few africans enjoy cars and those that do have a controlled number of locations that are easily accessable. Most of them achieve everywhere by either walking or running. In amalgamation, the major african running countries, kenya, ethiopia, etc. are at large altitudes and so they gain more endurance and oxygenation level.

Why do my thighs burn when im running?

Question:I don't get tired when im running, but after a while my thighs get the impression like they're burning, and start till have a feeling really heavy, and it get harder to run...why?
Answers:

Your body uses up all of your current stored vitality in nearly 30-45 minutes. After that, your body has trouble getting oxygen to your muscles and lactate is produced; it cause them to feel cumbersome and sore.

Further Detail:
Lactic acid is produced during intense level of exercise when the oxygen demands of the muscle fibers increase beyond what the blood is capable of deliver. To produce the energy needed, the body begin another process, which works in the non-attendance of oxygen. Lactic acid — a byproduct of this process — locks up your muscles, and because it is an acerbic it causes your muscles to experience that burning sensation.
you're working out. this resources you're getting stronger, as times pass you'll draw from faster and last longer.
latic sharp is building up
Mes answer is basically correct. The burn you perceive is the build up of lactic acid, that your body is producing faster than it can be removed from the blood stream. It resources you are running anaerobically. If you run slower this does not happen. It will transpire to everyone depending on their condition, how fast they are running, and how long they run at this speed. You can condition yourself to tolerate lactic sour, but it will always arrive at a point where your body will freeze up from the lactic sour, and you will slow down or stop.
Do you stretch befor you run? if you don't stretch before you run, next your thighs will feel that track, you should stretch before you run.
because you dont hold any muscle in them, you entail to start pumping iron and getting them fit so you can run better
You don't get tired so your probably running farther than you should produce this is a form of excerise. Try shortening your running, then travel longer each sunshine. Good luck-and keep up the virtuous work.
YOUR BUILDING MUSCLE AS YOU RUN,EVENTUALLY THE BURNING WILL STOP.

Can someone provide me a apposite cross country training program??

Question:I am just starting big school surrounded by the fall and I want to try out for the varsity cross country troop. I need to know how to run a 5k I guess easily by August 13. I try to run at lowest possible 3-4 times a week but in the recent past I have simply run a mile at a time. I also live on a 75 acre farm, so I can do hill. If someon could give me a great training program, I would really appreciate it.
Answers:

The best course to have a successful cross country season is to build an edurance stub over the summer.

You do not have to do anything save for easy miles. If you are not currently running, start running 3 to 4 days a week, 20 minutes respectively run. Your goal should be build 5 to 6 days a week and competent to run 40 to 60 minutes a run. If you are not a runner you may have to start beside a run/walk program. If you can already run 20 minutes at an easy stride then you can focus on building up miles.

Here are a few links to training programs

Bring some african animals to your cattle farm and let them loose.
and consequently run around away from them.
Training programs are different based on the population that are using them. However, practice makes foolproof. The more you run, the longer you can run w/o stopping. Push yourself but don't go overboard. If you can contract w/ the pain and preserve going you can hurt yourself. But, that doesn't mean stop everytime you consistency a little niggle. No pain, no gain. Run a few times a week and try to achieve a feel for where on earth your limits are. Try running for a moment bit more every day. Good luck running and own fun!
I think run gross people hurt and tire. It better not to run.
didnt you already ask this ask?

Question something like blisters?

Question:I just started track, and own a blister on the inside arch of each foot. Both own opened up, and are to some extent painful.

Is it worth it to wrap them up and run tomorrow, or should I lurk until they've healed?

I want to run really impossible, but I don't want them to get worse. =((
Answers:

Put some neosporin on them to prevent infection, and put some moleskin cloth on top to cushion them and to occupy the oozing. Ask your coach for some. I remember my xc/track coach carried that stuff around to every practice and meet. Don't bother near bandaids; they'll just nose-dive off near the sweat and friction from running and aggravate the problem.
Put some neosporin on them, just don't skin off the skin. Use band-aids or cassette.
You should use triple antibacterial ointment and put together sure to keep it wrapped so it does not come into contact next to surfaces that might irritate them even more OR even worse get infected!
You should for sure not tolerate this discontinue your running schedule : )
pop them beside a sterile needle and squeeze the soft out, leave the skin on them and cover beside a bandaid or, bandaid makes a blister blocker that is to say a padded 2nd skin that works great for blisters.
WAIT! I enjoy done that and they only get worse... yes you can use these techniques that hold been mentioned and they MAY work but i would not risk it.
I enjoy done it and they got worse and worse!
When you enjoy new shoes and sweat you gain blisters often so of late rest.
Remember tie your shoes up tight always!
I bet it feel like ur walking on a pin! thats how i used to feel also!
u should pop them beside a sterile needle to get hold of rid of the yucky stuff. then cover them beside plasters, get yourself some "twin skin" socks to prevent rubbing & dream up about varying your shoes. its ok to run with blisters so long as they don't explanation u too much discomfort
