You involve to tell the group what length of see she wants to run. If she is running 100 meters, the answer is especially different than if she is running 5K.
running from someone, I would say pretty darn sudden, running to someone should be controlled she doesn't want to knock them over.
Seriously now, running what? which event? distance, sprints, hurdles?
mathematically, you wont amount it out if i solved your question.too long. supposedly, i would say we entail to know her height within general and her foot length too. this will help us to bring back her stride length. then we hold to know her weight and stamina serenity. because more kilos, more muscle energy required, smaller number speed. so we cant tell the speed of a girl you enjoy in mind because 13yr antiquated girls are different shapes after all.

What exactly is runner's knees and how do you know if you own it?
Answers:
Pain around and sometimes behind the kneecap. One of the most adjectives injuries among runners, runner's knee most regularly strikes as runners approach forty miles per week for the first time. Even after taking a few days off, the distress seems to come right final, sometimes even intensifying, after the first few miles of the next run. The strain often feel worst when running downhill or walking down stairs, and the knee is repeatedly stiff and sore after sitting down for long periods. You might hear a crunching or clicking nouns when you bend or extend your knee.
The sure-fire examination for runner's knee: sit down and put your leg out on a stool so that it's stretched out straight. Have a friend squeeze your leg just above the knees while pushing on the kneecap. She should push from the outside of the leg toward the center. At the same time, tighten your thigh muscle. If this is throbbing, you're looking at runner's knee.
Likely cause:
It's actually not your knee's blame at all. Blame your foot and thighs; for one reason or another they aren't doing their job properly. Your knee moves up and down contained by a narrow little groove contained by your thigh bone. It's a nifty design: when your legs and feet are working well, your knee moves smoothly and comfortably near every step. But trouble appears when your kneecap moves out of its track, or rubs up against its sides. That trouble becomes throbbing when you factor in nearly 1000 steps per cartilage-grinding mile. Over time the cushioning cartilage around the knees becomes worn. That smarts. And that's runner's knees.

Runner's Knee (Patellofemoral Pain Syndrome)
"The symptoms of runners knee include throbbing near the knees cap usually at the medial (inner) portion and below it. Pain is usually also feel after sitting for a long period of time near the knees bent. Running downhill and sometimes even walking down stairs can be followed by pain. This have been call the "movie theatre sign". Patellofemoral affliction syndrome is often cause by the kneecap not tracking smoothly in its femoral groove. The symptoms are aggravated when the knees is bent since (with increased vectors of force) increased pressure exists between the joint surface of the knees cap and the articular surface of the femur (thigh bone). This increase surrounded by force over-stresses the injured area and lead to pain. "

You know if you own runners knee if you enjoy pain surrounded by and around the kneecap. It may hurt when you bend it 90 degrees or when you are going up and down stairs. If you run near it, the pain may in actual fact go away once you thaw out up. Best advice is to decline your mileage, and try to run on a softer surface. Ice your knee when you catch home to reduce swelling. If the dull pain continues then you should stop running for awhile, otherwise you can do more harmed than good. Runners knees can be from weak quads contained by which leg raises become beneficial. Lie on your fund. Bend the good knees and place your foot on the floor to support your back. Raise and lower your leg next to the bad knees. Start at reps of 20, working your way up to one hundred leg lift.
You can also purchase a knee strap. I be a bit skeptical about knees straps but I figured why not try as it be pretty inexpensive.
Strange enough, it made my knees feel better.

Depends what kind of running you do. If it's sprinting, later I suggest strenght training, your legs, and arms contribute quite heavily. If it's long distance.in good health not much to do except run everyday for a long time.
long or short distance? i think any way you would benefit from running intervals, find a track(like the one at school) run 1 knees hard and speedy, walk later next and repeat 4 times, every other light of day or find a good steep mount. run up, then stroll down ... try that 4-5 times every other day for 2 weeks, you should see a difference.
