What is the conventional track history for High School 100m?

Question:I mean close to the fastest at you school and solely for the 100m Girls and it doesn't matter if it is Jr. High or High School but variety sure to put school, time, and personage and please no lies.

THERE IS NO FEMALE IN HIGH SCHOOL RUNNING A 10.8. QUIT LYING. THE WORLD RECORD IS FOR A FEMALE 100M IS 10.49 SO THERE IS NO WAY YOU'RE RUNNING 10.8 IN HIGH SCHOOL.
i am not going to tell you the entity that it is, or school the that i move about to, but the time is 11.75 for a freshman girl. she was the fastest girl on the track contained by sprinting.
I'm not putting my school and name, but I'll tell you that the track text was/is 12.27 for jr. high, and is 11.73 high-ranking school. Both of these documents were set by alike girl, a sophmore now. The JR. High text was set surrounded by 8th grade, the HS one surrounded by 9th.
The fastest jr. high girl i enjoy seen from my state be a girl from Stone Wall Jackson. She ran an 11.53. The fastest highschool girl be set by Capital High Senior and she ran a 10.93.
A promptly time for Jr. High is around 11.7 and High School around 11.3
I belive the record since I graduated benicia elevated school for girls 100m be around 10.7 something like that.



Am I injured?

Question:today i went running outside, approaching i always do. but my not here ankle was hurting me, not adequate to stop but enough to discern pain. I other run on cement, so I tried running on the grass but it only hurt more. Also, one of my right toes be hurting, like a verbs. do you think it's my shoes or am i injured? should i stop running for awhile??

You should put off the running for a while and see a doctor if it persist.
don't run on grass, that'll make it worse but i don't really know if you are injured, hope you win to feelin better
When one area hurts we normally change our running motion to compensate and consequently we cause strain somewhere on the other side of our body. That is probably why your toe(s) hurt.

Pay attention to your body. Is there any swelling, or bruising that comes next to an ankle sprain? Your best bet is to RICE - Rest, Ice, Compress, & Elevate for a day or two in need running and then question paper it a little bit and do the RICE again after you run. Don't rime too long at one time- 15 minutes on, 15 minutes off a few times for one sitting.

I wouldn't guess your shoes be the problem unless they are new. An anti inflammatory (ibuprofen) would relieve too, just don't cart many for deeply long.
It's probably your shoes that caused an injury. Running on cement doesn't really relieve. Ice/heat it immediatly and get it checked to prevent furthur incapacitate.
That's a true sign that you need alien shoes.

I get knees pain not ankle aching.
you should consult an orthipedic doctor. they will give a devout brace, pr lateral heel wedges or something.
Sounds similar to you have a strain. Was in that any swelling around the area of niggle? I would rest for a day or two and lately walk. See how it feel. I would also stop running on concrete for awhile. That could give you calve cramps and might affect your ankles, too. Make sure you drink plenty of hose before you run. That mode you won't get dried out. Dehydration definitely cause leg cramps. Lay up for a few days, take it smooth, then take the edge off back into it, rotten the cement.
try wearing a ankle brace

soak you foot in hot sea for about 5 minutes only set on the sofa with you foot propped up don't move it
consequently walk if the aching is gone you can go put money on to running

if the pain continues try the process again




if you still own pain try a x shaft of light
I'm surprised about how you dont own shin splits from running on the pavement all the time, rest up and make well , then capture some new shoes and try running on different terrain other than that cement pavement, approaching a trail or on a track...
Well i know that if you don't strech well ample then you could hav cramps.Also see how long the pian persist.If its stays for more than 1 week you should see a docter

How do I find the current track and enclosed space chronicles for junior large school surrounded by Garden Grove California?

Try searching Yahoo or Google for Garden Grove Junior High Schools. You can afterwards see if the individual schools own websites or calling the athletic departments to get the information you are looking for.
Search the university (Garden Grove Junior High School) on google or yahoo, then if you find it, look and see if the college has a webpage. If it does, within will most likely be a subdivision that covers athletics. THis is mostly scedules and such I'm sure, but there may be a subsection that has history.
I'm going off this because it is what my conservatory does. I'm not exactly sure if this school will too. Also if here are multiple jr. highs surrounded by Garden Grove, it may be a little more difficult.
