Personally, I terribly strongly recommend ASICS, they're shoes are light, cushioned, and stable. Asics are a apt choice for a runner who wants a upright strong shoe. I would recommend you going to a running store and try on a few pairs... everyone is different... also try getting half a size bigger, and you might want to try running socks next to your shoes... because once you get up nearby in miles your foot will start to blister... I hope this helps

Depends on what kind of entity you are. I hate mornings but sometimes delight in the quiet atmosphere- it leap starts my day.
