Is 2:16 fitting for my first overt 800 surrounded by track?

2:16 is an excellent time.

An "average" say 6 minute miler type of guy would run around 2:30.

My brother started out running something like that, and his junior and senior year he went to state surrounded by the 800,running in the 1:56-1:58 breadth, getting 5th and 4th, being solely one second behind the beater his senior year.
this is a good time for your first see. You did not say how prehistoric you are so I can't tell you how that compares to others contained by your age group. As you learn how to run the see you will get faster.
Yes, 2:16 is a dutiful time for first having run the see. Generally HS champion boys break 2 minutes but they've be practicing for years.

at the end of every see i am dead beforehand i get to the second hurdle, it there any means of access i can run all the style through?

I'm in my third year of track this year, and I've never done anything more than the 200m sprint competitively, though I know how you can fix your problem. You're not going to approaching this, but the only piece you can do is intense conditioning. I mean you call for to run a lot. For you I muse 5-7 400m sprints with a 7 minute break within between them, but make sure you stay fresh and preserve moving while on your 7 minute break, maybe hoof it a lap while you fence in your breath. 400 meters is the minimum you should train at.

You know that running the hurdles is different than running a flat see. You need to hang on to your stride pattern so you can hit the hurdles on stride. If you are unmoving tired before the 8th hurdle afterwards you need some stress intervals. Try running over 8 hurdles and after complete a 350, that is, you run 350 meters over 8 hurdles. You can also run different parts of the see. Run the first 3, walk to 5, the run from 5 move about over 6-8 to the finish. Run 200m over the last 6 hurdles, starting at 2 run over 3-8 to the finish. You can do oodles things to get fatigued as you are contained by the race so you can work on staying relaxed, maintain your stride pattern, and keeping honest hurdle form. I think this see is easier than the flat 400m, so you should do the work of the 400m people along next to hurdle work to gain hurdle skill. It is important to attack the first hurdle, do not try to accumulate something for the finish. Just like the 400 meter see you can not be timid you must run the first part of the see hard.
I also run the 300 hurdles. I, however, dont own as much of a problem, I still lose alot of energy, but Im not completely unconscious. I think it have something to do with my 3 years of cross country. Like the above empire said, ladder it, build up. It wont appear right away, build up your endurance.

You run 4 miles which not too many 8th class girls can do...so I'd say that's great! Cross-country is a great sport...everyone get to "play"...you can measure and advance, competing against others and yourself...and you'll probably make some great friends for go. Keep up the running and by Senior year of HS you might just be on of your squad leaders. There are some tips below to help you out. Best of luck!

It ok, I mean your pretty fitting, and with for a time training you could be really good.
capably that will put you at 24:00 for 3 miles maybe. Thats clothed if you're just running and not wanting to see ***. Freshman High School girls that are pretty good are usually around 19-20 minutes. These girls will usually trademark it to state.
was this as unyielding as you can go, or a freshly a run. If this was your best time possible, consequently you would be looking at a 27min 5K which isnt really good for a cross country runner.
