7-8 minutes is clad... 5-6 minutes is really good. Anything underneath 5 minutes is exellent, but not neccesary unless you are competing! My best is 6:27.

Hicharm El Guerrouj holds the record contained by 1999 which was 3:43.13.
The world copy is very express.
3:43.13 by Hicham El Guerrouj from Morocco run on July 7, 1999 in Rome.
Fast is relative and depends on age and femininity and whether you are a competitive or a fitness runner.
For an 18 year old mannish who is a competitive runner then running beneath 4:30 probably qualifies as dutiful, under 4:20 is competitive at the giant school state smooth, under 4:10 is competitive at the elevated school even national level.
For an 18 year antiquated male, who is not a competitive runner, running underneath 6:30 minutes probably qualifies as upright.
there really isn't a specific answer.
size and solidity aren't really a factor.
it all depends how fit you are and how much training you enjoy.
3:43.13 held by some guy.

Elite Runner - 4 to 5 minutes
Kenyan - 3 to 4 minutes
It varies...depends whether the mire are chasing me or not...
1 second

mens world record 3:26, womens is 3:50.
my PB is 4:42 & I'm a club runner
mr. average might pinch 6minutes
mrs. average would be nearer 7
I have basically run my first full mile in thirteen minutes - capably below average but I feel similar to an Olympian . Everyone is different and you will get depressed looking at what a definite athlete could achieve. Compare yourself to me and you will look quickly :)
Can I wear men's shoes? Women's bodies move differently?
Question:I bought some Asics Kayano 13's and when I got them home, and after trying them on longer than 4 minutes resembling in the store, I notice after about 10 minutes they be a little tight. I get Standard width. The store doesn't transport them in wides and I'm on a military bed in Japan so it's not similar to I can drive to another store and find the size I need. I considered necessary to exhange them for the men's version because they'll be wider.
I hear women's bodies move differently and their running shoes aren't made duplicate as men's. So I'm wondering if it's a bad notion to go buy shoes made for the other sexual characteristics. Help!
Answers:
Actually they are made the same. If you bring a men's kayano and compare it to a women's in a D size, they will be exactly the same except the women's will enjoy a more femanine color. You should have no trouble switching to the mens' altered copy.
Of course you can wear mens shoes
The difference between women and men's shoes comes down to not how bodies move, but the bodies center of mass. Women tend to have a larger and heavier pelvis and within running have a wider breadth of motion. Thus, in running shoes, the have a feeling of the shoe is designed to accomodate for this. Depending on how often you plan on wearing the Asics, I recommend that you stick beside the women's shoes and hopefully just break them contained by. Wearing men shoes with dont fit a women's running gait for prolonged period of time can often front to lower back dull pain.
Hopefully you're in Yokota, that the best groundwork there. You could wear mens shoes but remember they be designed for men. But anyway, if you do decide to wear them, brand sure you walk around beside the shoes before running.

TRAIN!
Find a squad or club where you can capture coaching. You have potential to be a sprinter.
11 flat within the 100 without training is pretty absurd...that is why I don't believe it.
OMG you enjoy to start training right now. if you can run that nifty at fifteen without training, you could be the subsequent Michael Johnson. get some golden shoes and start running. Just a swift fact, the fastest sprinter within our school have an 11.7 100m time. He's 18. if you train, you could be down in the 10's back you turn 16.
