Help!! call for running guidance!?

Question:which one is better if u wanna get muscular arms:

Running next to hand weights on a treadmill or on a track or...
Exercising on an elipptical cross trainer.

I know nearby are better ways but which way is better out of these two

Neither approaches will result contained by muscular arms. As is commonly known contained by weight training, if you want muscular mass, you must do workouts that involve great resistance near fewer repetitions. The best way to attain muscular arms is to go to the gym and do some curls and extensions near heavy weights to build your biceps and triceps, respectively. For most society, these exercises also build your forearms too.
I would have to sya running next to weights on the track,
I'd go near the hand weights because you can increase surrounded by weight as your arms procure stronger. The trainer only pushes beside your weight.

ARMS? MUSCLE? MUST BE FREE WEIGHTS if you really want muscular arms..don't cheat yourself out of that..anything else..can be a plus..but..free weights and at LEAST nautilus is required...

Do I hold a uncertainty to run track within college?

Question:I only run sprints and hurdles, my coach desires me to try high hop next season. My times are:
110m High Hurdles: 16.1 second
300m Inter Hurdles: 43.1 seconds
100m Dash: Around 11.8 second (only run in relay)
200m Dash: Around 23.9 second (rarely run it)
400m Dash: Roughly 54 seconds (only contained by relay)

Right now I am a sophomore contained by high institution and am really hoping to get adjectives of those times down by next season. I really would close to to know what I need to attain my times to so I can run in college. Thanks

There are different divisions contained by college. You can get into a div 2 university easier than a div 1 school. If your times are low 14 within the 110 hurdles or under 40 surrounded by the 300 hurdles you have a apposite chance. Remember that full ride scholarship are limited surrounded by track. The more usefull you are the better chances you own of getting a ride into school.
I don`t know, college is a whole different ballgame

You enjoy a chance of running as a amble on, but you won't get a grant with those times. Our sophomore 400m runner runs 50.6. Your 110m HH time isn't too unpromising though, if you improve next scouts might ask you to walk on to their troop with a possible funding the following years. Don't even worry roughly speaking your times right now, lately train; and if colleges think you're obedient enough later the scouts will do their job and consent to you know.
4 college... HUGE NO!! bt 4 hurdles.. i dnt kno. I run the 100 in 11.9 second, 200 in 24.1 second, 400 in 52 second nd im only surrounded by middle school



Does anyone know any correct sprint workouts?

Question:I'm trying to get my 40 patio dash down and i want a sprinting workout. Im all set within terms of counterweight workouts though.

Pyramids. You'll just own to do them shorter than normal. I would try utter three 40s, three 70s, then two 100s' and a 120. Then work your bearing back down. Another devout thing to work on is leg strength and aversion times. You might want to play around with the distances and see what works best for you.
everyone's body is different, it's what works for you. what works for me on monday and wednesdays i do my block starts and standing 60 meters. on tuesdays and thursdays you want to return with some distance in close to 3 90's and a couple 120's and later on surrounded by the season go longer. on fridays stretch.
