Is running going to brand name my foot wider?

Question:i run for an hour usually, will this cause my foot to expand in breadth?

no.

your feet will swell up and capture slightly larger after a long run, but not permanently. this is why its not a fitting idea to jump shoe shopping after you've had a big workout.
Maybe if you are other running while you are carrying alot of heavy things beside you like bricks
I don't have an idea that so. My cousin she has duplicate problem, her feet are too skinny and she have not been competent to do any thing to metamorphosis that.
maybe for a moment ,not noticeable. I own been running for over 20 years and I run 25-30 miles a week I still and always enjoy worn a B width shoe
no. the thought is ludicrous.
If it does, it will be a miniscule amount, something you would not be capable of see with the stripped eye. I had cavernous feet earlier I started running... and well, I still own wide foot. My girlfriend's feet be thin formerly she started running... and they're still thin.
No. Running will not alter your foot size. You may experience temporary swelling when you run but i.e. not permanent.

I run closely and have done so for heaps years. My shoe size and width have not changed since my sophmore year in elevated school and that be a long time ago.
If you wear shoes, running will not noticeably increase the depth of your feet. However barefoot runners find that after a time, the front of their foot become wider and their toes become more spread apart as their feet obtain stronger. The broadening of the feet isn't a sign that they are using them too much and the foot are "squishing down", it is a sign that their intrinsic foot muscles are actually getting stronger.
You'd probably enjoy to start with infants, making them wear shoes that constrict vertical growth, but allow for horizontal growth contained by order to flatten their foot. Some primitive tribes use similar constricting devices for cranial restructuring or to lengthen their neck to make them "more fine."
No.but keep running it's obedient anyways...

nope. bones and ligiments are very frozen to stretch out. You probably have some really kickin shoes, they should engage alot of the impact.

Why? do you feel you foot are too narrow or too far-reaching already? I bet your feet are almost immaculate.

Your Body's probably loving your feet for the running anyway.

Question:What is the average mile time for a 13 year old girl?

A fit active 13 year aged should be able to run 9 minutes or better (WAVA 50%). Someone who is athletic and contained by good running shape, i.e. a soccer player, will do 7:30 or better (WAVA 60%). A star on the track troop will run 6:00 (WAVA 75%).
girls that age, average around 10 minutes

if you're in devout shape, 8-9 minutes

if you're in really apposite shape, under 7 minutes.
I agree near the two people past me, but it really depends. Someone who doesn't run will be much slower than a runner, and a sprinter is usually slower than a distnce runner. I all depends on your stamina

i am 13 and i guess you could call me an average runner i run it in 7:34 today
Under 9 minutes is full-bodied

Under 8 minutes is pretty in shape

Under 7 minutes is surrounded by shape

Under 6 minutes is a track star

The best time ive seen for a middle arts school girl is 5:57 and she went to states.
