Swimming Diving Questions and Answers

I'm a swimmer and my coach (that 's a GREAT coach by the style ) might be going away subsequent season. what sould I do?

Answers:

I've had alike experience, my coach just gone last week. There's nil you can really do about it, life span goes on. Stay on the swim squad, because you never know what will happen. My friend quit swimming after her previous coach be fired, and she missed two whole years of a brand new coach, who turned out to be one of the greatest coaches in the U.S. There will other be hope for another swim coach, let him/her contained by and decide whether he/she is well-mannered enough, if, ther are other choices. Wish you luck!
kiss him
buy him a present...and get over it.
Learn as much as you possibly can while he's still in attendance. Remember people come and walk all the time. That's vivacity.
Find another great coach. Like any sport, there are plentiful philosophies and ideologies on the process of swimming. No one soul has adjectives the answers. Try to find a coach who has similar philosophies and will not cause drastic changes to your stroke but who can enhance what you hold already learned. Remember to hang on to an open mind when practicing near your new troop. Everything that you previously learned is not the merely correct way of doing things or necessarily the best style. Good luck.

How do I maintain my goggles fog free?

Answers:

Rub the inside of the lenses with saliva using your finger tips. This is the handy and unforced way.
For better results you can use a piece of fresh potato to rub the lenses.
Then you rinse the goggles before you put them on.
Both technique -plus a couple of others- work also for diving masks.
spit within them
wipe a little saliva on the lens inside them since you put them on
rain-x
Spit wash them
Like the others right to be heard.Spit in them.

There is also special "no fog" spray you can purchase if spitting is not your entry.
set your goggle fogs into the forest.
i'm not sure you can keep them fog-free, but when they get hold of fogged up, you should take them rotten, dip them in the pool sea, then put them vertebrae on. it will keep the fog away for a while.
Shaving cream, wipe on wipe sour
yeah my father goes scuba diving as okay and he says he spits surrounded by them and smears it around of course or rubs it within.but anyways that's what I hear.give it a try.can't hurt anyways
There are correct sprays you can buy to keep them fog free, similar to windex. But don't use windex!!
of late go a sports shop win a spray that prolongs the fog free effect
there is a special generous of gel you can put on them and rinse so they don't fogg. they use it for scuba diving. check out your local scuba store for it.
buy some anti-fog stuff at a local sports store. it works but if you don't keep cleaning your googles it will stay fogged forever so yeah filch care of them.
I'm a swimmer, and I haven't found anything that works. There are goggles near anti-fog lenses, and they work for a little while. After that you only need to wipe them out when they're foggy. My best counsel is to learn to promise with it!
After you use your goggles put some soap dish on the lenses inside and outside and rub it on the lenses. Remember to mop up it before using them. I'm a diver and I other do that to my diving mask. It really works.
spit
