Our above ground pool is cave within roughly 3 foot across, what do we do?
Question:We had a long not easy winter, and I believe the ice accumulate caused the hole in the ground in.
Answers:
In any valise of a pool cave within you should tear down the outmoded pool and replace it if you so desire. If the pool caved within once it has shown you that it can hole in the ground in and is possibly insecure surrounded by its design or function of holding in hose.
Replace the entire pool if you do end up replacing it. Start from mark or if you need to you can hold on to the old pool's foundation if it'll cost you smaller number. Decks and other permanent structures built around the pool can be kept but otherwise you really should replace the unharmed pool. Everyone needs something unsullied once in a while anyways, so why not answer when call upon?
Wow, that's terrible. I dont totally infer what you are saying - did the ground cavern in below it, or did the wall fall down? Unfortunately the merely answer I know to give you is to see if you can transport it apart and repair the damage and reassemble it. Good luck.
Should we shower in half a shake after a steam tub or loaf for a few minutes to cool down?

Water polo ask?
Question:I am the star player on the girls water polo squad and I play like the adjectives game when others who aren't as virtuous sometimes don't play at all. I never brag or anything, but I want to preserve close relationships with my teammates. But I own a feeling that me other playing has an affect on my teammates. What can I do or stroke to change this?

Make sure you are encouraging and not a ball hog during games and practice. Help them lacking belittling and always be positive. Don't deed like a know it adjectives and don't be a **. Always congratulate them and just be nice. It's the nice general public who finish first!
not necessarily during games but espescially during practice help them and coach them what to do. During a game be sure to overrun it around and try to keep everyone involved contained by the game. Finally if sy you are unbeaten big in a team game (or looseing big as the case may be) allow yourself or voulnteer yourself to be pulled out of the team game to allow other players expirence in the pool.

After study to swim suddenly my arms chest and rear legs own gone stiff and I own discomfort any remedies please?

That is pretty normal for everyone.
The same item could have happen if you did push ups. Swimming is one of the best ways to excerise, and if you haven't excersized in a while, or stretch REALLY obedient before you turn swimming, your muscles will probably be sore for a few days.
As far as remedies... You could try Icy Hot, or go get hold of a good rub. If you can deal near it for a few more days, it will fade away.
Next time, lift it easy, and slower, and you should be fine. Your muscles requirement time to recouperate.
For now you could try the cool down pack for your muscles they are probably just sore because when you swim you use alot of muscles you wouldn't in general.
Next time try doing some stretches before you swim that can give a hand your muscles warm up so you aren't as sore afterwards
do it more. the more you carry your muscles used to it they will not feel so stiff, but you are getting stiff from the muscle you are getting hold of from swimming. just keep hold of doing what your doing and your aches and agony will turn into glorious muscles and healthy bones.
