Is Roger Federer cocky?
Question:i personally love r. federer. i reason he's an amazing tennis player and he's so humble about it, too. but someone said he's too cocky? is this true?
Answers:
Two things: First: Roger is honest. There's no hedging words or defeat around the bush with him. If he feel he played wonderfully, he'll say it. Second: His quotes don't translate in good health to the page easily. Seeing him grant an interview or reading it will give you two immensely different looks at him. His humbleness doesn't come across in his written interviews at adjectives, while it does in televise ones.
ETA: His comment about Nadal making the finals...approaching I said, he's honest. NO ONE expected Nadal to make the finals.
He is not. But he's get every reason to be... he have won 4 consecutive wibledons, 2 australian, 2 us opens, 2 master titles, at this point contained by life he could be better than Sampras.
Before,I have the impression he be cocky. But after listening to him several times I enjoy change my mind. He looks freshly like a regular guy.
No Roger Federer isnt Cocky he is suitable. The Number One Player in any comes across cocky because of their talent, but people are other looking for something to criticize. People might say he is cocky but you can't argue near now 4 wimbledon championship
He's not cocky, he's confident. He knows going within to any match that he have the chance to win, and he most promising will. Of course, as long as he's not playing Nadal on clay...
I think he is a bit, because when he won the Wimbledon title sooner he barely said anything to Nadal around him being a righteous opponent, he a moment ago said that he was surprised Nadal made it to the finals!
In contrast, Nadal be constantly saying that Federer is a honest player and deserved to win etc.
Nadal was drastically sincere and Federer, I have to read aloud, was cocky.
ETA: OK, conceivably he wasn't completely cocky (there I go completely contradicting myself). I agree near the second part of The errant answerer's answer; Federer could of be a bit more gracious.

hes not cocky, people lately perceive it as that. when you are constantly being asked adjectives these questions roughly your greatness and being told how great you are, its tough to vote anything with not acting a moment or two cocky. people want him to say aloud that hes not that good, but he really is. this is true among adjectives professional athletes, and roger federer handles it better afterwards everybody except agassi and big papi

Absolutly not I met him and he has a great sense of humor.

This is a very upright question, as Federer have an interesting mix of humility, graciousness, class, and just a short time cockiness. First of all, he wear his mantle of greatness well, and at age 24, he really 'gets it" --being an ambassador for the sport, knowing the history, self pretty eloquent contained by a secondary spoken communication (for him), etc...

The one thing I'd close to to see is for Roger to extend a little more courtesy and graciousness towards Nadal...And that's a tricky article to do, as Nadal is the main snag tio Federer's #1 ranking and his place in history, which he is impressively well aware of. I don't want Federer to be reverent towards Nadal, but he can find a way to praise him a moment or two more.
But, all within all, as tennis fan, we are very lucky to own both a Federer and a Nadal in like era, and hopefully Baghdatis --terrific player, and really exciting personality-- will be able to climb to their horizontal (or close to it) as well.
No he isn't. He have a right to act they style he does. He still acts nice and dosen't flaunt his #1 around.
Not really. He could be as cocky as he considered necessary and no one could blame him for it because of adjectives he's accomplished. I guess he is very classy and humble, a true example of appropriate sporstmanship. I hope he reigns on!
I don't think so. Even though his english is great, here are still times when things come across the wrong way. He seem to be very ably grounded though. He realizes his place surrounded by the game. He normally seems mortified during interviews when his accomplishments are compared to those of past greats. Even when he acknowledge himself as the favorite in a tournament, he's not anyone cocky, just convincing. It would come across as false modesty if Federer, with his fantastic account on grass, had said he expected to I don`t know get to the garrison at Wimbledon.

Is sania better than maria?

No bearing. Maria is better by far. Two time grand slam conqueror and made it to 5 semis. Sania never got historic the 4th round in any slam. so she is no where on earth near marias stratum. not yet anyway. I close to sania's game though and she have the potential to be in the top ten but she would enjoy to work for it.
certainly not. sania's ranking have plummeted to 70, on the other hand maria have won the US open. no comparison really.

Sania better than Maria? no friggin method, sania is not even close to maria. To be sania's fan or enthusiast thts something different but to compare her wth the number 1 of the world, i guess sania is not even close to maria. Sania will have to be more precise and concentrate more if she requirements to enter the top 10 tennis players, but looking at her games and tactics, i m confident tht sania will not craft it to the top 10, i really do like her but i must say-so tht she is not as good as india make her sound to be the best.

The scales are so steeply tipped. Maria is way too much for Sania. Its time Sania get her act together and played a serious team game.
Please its like you are comparing a snail and an cheetah within terms of speed and wise saying snail is much faster than cheetah. All sania is just a byproduct of medium publicity. She is not even for good rankings nor does she win. But her words speak similar to that she will defeat serena and venus williams on a two on one clash.
No. The ranking alone tells you that Maria Sharapova is is better than Sania Mirza. I'm not even a Sharapova enthusiast.

If you are an attacking player, taking the web is a great idea. If you are not comfortable at lattice, this strategy will not work. Instead, you need to draw your rival to the net. Retrievers love to military camp at the baseline – they can run all hours of daylight and frustrate you. Short angle slices will draw the baseliner to the net, and to their most discomfited place on the court. You just requirement to be comfortable with the ratification shot. Good luck with the game.
Just keep pushing pay for...tomorrows tourny is all in the order of who can get the bubble in the most... use different rythms and do not afford her a proper warm-up, you go heat up up b4 the tourny
"do not give her a proper warm-up" is lately being unsportsmanlike.
Get to the network, then you will know how to generate angles that won't matter how hurried she is.
Also one thing I hold found over the years is players who hit really good running groundstrokes can normally be jammed up by serving into the body.

If she wants to retrieve everything, breed her run. You have to be incredibly patient, and except long rally. Just hit side to side, deep and also near sharp angles. A good combination is a low short globe to her backhand, followed by a lob that lands in her forehand corner. Whatever you do don't catch impatient and try to rush, just preserve her running the whole clash.
Patience!! thats the biggest thing you have need of. you need to be merciful and play the point out. make sure you run her around and don't budge for winners, only just make her move. Expect to be out in attendance for a while. If you have a fitting net spectator sport work your way up to the lattice on short balls. A lot of retrievers slice their rear legs hand, especially absconding. If you see your opponent is absconding to her back paw, make your path to the net for a comfortable volley. A lot of players who hit well absconding sometimes get jammed when ball are hit right at them. There not used to it since everybody is other hitting away form them. Just mix your game up, shift to the net when you can. Don't force anything, play near in yourself and most importantly, hang on to the ball contained by and be patient.
1. be a participant - even if your down 4-0, always row
2. be consistent - wait for her to engineer an error
3. move her - make her run later when you have a luck, go for a beater
4. hit the ball tricky and deep
