I don't necessarily dislike tennis but I find the five set matches boring so I don't view men's tennis as much also the competition in the men's side is not as interesting as the women's. I quality that anyone in the top 10 can win a slam contained by the women's side while Nadal and Federer are the only contenders surrounded by the slams.

How would you hit the bubble so that it have a huge amount of topspin similar to rafael nadal does?

It is not about the muscles at adjectives, it is about skill and movement. To know how to hit a top spin like Rafael Nadal you necessitate to move your legs a lot, bend your knees, and gross sure that you come under the globe with your bat when hitting. A lot of upper-arm muscles indubitably don't hurt. Nadal doesn't even have to put adjectives that much into his strokes, just because he have so much muscle. Also, he uses a very extreme grip and make contact with the globe underneath it. It takes an awful lot of practice and experience to hit the orb like he does.
i'll bring up to date you, but im not going to suggest it.
1) switch to western grip. i use this grip, but im left hand. i suggest you dont. its not going to help you next in tennis.
2) wrist. you own to snap your wrist on contact with the globe. this i really dont suggest you do. it will literally kill you wrist and you'll never know how to play again. only the ancestors on the tour can do it because they train their wrist everyday and still they dont do it all the time.
tremendously dangerous the things ive planned above. dont do it until you get deeply better. a lot!
Hit it approaching Rafael Nadal... actually, as you start your swing, sort sure that the strings come into contact with the globe on an upward motion. Sort of roll the ball over the top as it leaves your willow... that should put on a topspin. But practice it, b/c we all know, practice make perfect.
Use your legs and bend your knees, come up as you put together contact. Make sure you start lower and then rise up.
I find that switching to a western grip help in putting the topspin on. I'm a lefty and lefties own an awesome backhand, with an unreal topspin. HA!
[Damn, industrial explanations are hard to contribute in another lexis than your mother's one ;o)] To give that charitable of effect, you have to attack the globe from below, and then speeding your wist towards the top. Imagine you enjoy a wall in front of you, and when you hit the bubble your purpose is to not touch the wall but rather follow it (from the bottom to the top).
