when they say aloud volley in a sport similar to soccer for example, is wen the ball drops and u see it before the orb physically touches the ground to try to achieve maximum speed this is also indistinguishable with volley orb, the ball comes down after individual thrown up high and later hit with the foot, because it would travel slow if it were hit after it have bounced
volly ball is a sport similar to basket globe
volleyball is also a game close to any outdoor game but ofcourse rules will differ contained by here. there will be two team and in respectively team at hand will be 6 players playing in a contest and 3 subtitues incase of injuries and they should serve the ball from outside of the court next to using only foot and the opposition shld transport tht ball within less than or equal to 3 pass and this continues till smeone miss the ball o break the rule
it's a fun winter sport =D but i still think basketball is better but volleyball is cool too =D you can play it indoors and outdoors =D its really fun =P

Question:so volleyball practice started today..we did lots of running and drills. My two big toes hurt from i think stopping and slamming into the ground. does anyone know how to fix this? are my shoes too small or big? is nearby any way i can fix them minus buying new shoes. btw, they arent volleyball shoes.

That happen to me too. Your shoes are probably too big. Try tying your shoes laces tighter so you foot don't slide around. Also get close to those gel things to put at the bottom of your shoe so they take up some space and your foot won't slide as much.
1. Use Volleyball shoes
2. if your big toe is hurting most likly a: you are not used to stopping and going or b your shoes are too small you stipulation bigger shoes.
3. Start walking on high heels or on your toes wreak thats good footwork keeping on your toes for volleyball.
dont wear alien shoes when u start practice i know from experience and what do u mean slamming on the ground close to falling because then ur not moving in haste enough other be on the tops of ur feet never ever be flat footed because it will give somebody a lift u longer to get to the orb and u dont really need vball shoes for vball. running shoes r fine but gain some with grips because again personal experience u dont want to stop but next slip because theres no grips on the bottom of ur shoes well dutiful luck
your shoes are probably too big, but you could get toe cap for your toes, but I don't know if they will really work.



I entail support i own vball tryouts tommorow and parts of my legs are swollen from the tryout today. Help!?

Question:I had my first vball tryout today and i kicked butt lol ok but really i havent really be doing a lot of practicing this adjectives summer so when i went to the tryout which be really long 3hrs i got bruises and i hold some swollen parts on my legs which isnt a big deal u win those all the time but since i havent done greatly of vball this summer im not in the best shape so im more prone to pulling my leg muscles. But the problem is that i hold another tryout tommorow and i dont want my legs to be wobbly like they are right immediately so i have already taken a thaw bath to relax my muscles but is within anything else i can do to help my muscles be better for tommorow?

drink water, apply rime then switch to heat up heat and capture some ACE bandages or neoprene orthopedic knees supports...they have them at Walmart, Target or the drugstore

All i can chew over of is to put ice on it...it's the single thing that will weaken the swelling.

you should enjoy been training for at smallest a couple of weeks before tryout's. So this is what you grasp for not be responsable :o)
Now to help you out,
Keep sour your legs and feet
Keep the ankles elevated
Did you strecth after practice? and did you do it right?
Stretch for 10 minutes every hour or so. This will serve them feel better
Before your subsequent practice remember to 1st warm up the muscles by doing a street light cardio workout. Then stretch the muscles. Failure to do so will cause you to injure those tired muscle's.
All of this extra work could hold been avoided if you have just gotten past its sell-by date your butt and got into playing shape back the season. Athletes are athletes year round, it's time to make the choice, do I want to be an athleter or a recreational volleyball player?.

3 hours?!?!?! Our try-outs travel from 8-10:30 and then 12-2 or something similar to that.

Take tylenol for the pain and any swelling. Ice it for 15 min., next take it rotten for 15 min. and keep doing that for in the order of an hour or so. Keep your feet elevated.

and.

STRETCH!!! Before, during, and after tryouts you should stretch A LOT or you'll be sore for a week.
put rime on it or take a tub with rime or a really hot bath, u prefer.
also remember to eat stout during tryouts and get profoundly of rest before em
All I can influence is put ice and warmth on ur legs..and u can talk to the coach and he/she can relieve or atleast take that into conciteration.
Oh and my try-outs be also for 2 days but they were for 6-7 hrs. so i be really tired and sore. GOOD LUCK!
Ibuprofen is an anti-inflammatory. Will help, but rime is best choice for 15-20 minute intervals interchanged with roast. soaking your legs in a hot Epsom saline bath will also sustain. always remember to stretch since, during and after the game. Good luck.



Am I slow?

Question:I can only run a mile contained by 8min and 30sec is that really slow?

well, if it's volleyball tryouts, i wouldn't verbs, your time is fine. it's not slow, but it's not really fast any. when in volleyball are you going to obligation to run a mile? if you were trying out for cross country or track, consequently i would worry. but practice make perfect!

i ca run a mile surrounded by 1 hour that's fast

You are not going to win any gold ingots metals. The real sound out is is it fast ample for you. When I was within the Air Force, we were required to run a mile surrounded by 8 minutes. I suggest that that be your initial goal. As your time improve, I believe you will find that you are also healthier and happier.

No, I don't think you're slow. That's faster than I could run any sunshine, for some reason I'm kinda slow. It's really rapid to me, and just remember, you'll develop as you practice!
