thats adjectives i got right in a minute... they aren't really cheers.. but they are meant to take your team pumped during the activity
*if you guys get a wipe out yell: GOT 'EM or tic tic BOOM!
*if you guys hit into a block and the block sends the orb out, yell: U-S-E-D, you get USED! or what time is it? TOOL-TIME!
*if someone gets a assassinate: dig it giant, dig it low, can you verbs it? NO.

What should I do?
Question:The volleyball coach at my school is entreating me to be on the volleyball team this year. I've never played past! But Fall is the best season for soccer, which i have never quit and i started at 1st category! though i just quit jazz which i have be doing since i was 3! HELP! Oh, and did i mentein that i am ineilgable this year?
Answers:
You know what? Ignore the volleyball coach. Ignore the soccer coach. What you really hold to focus on is what you want to try. If you truly enjoy soccer, consequently why give it up? But, if you are 50/50 and aren't sure if you should do soccer again...try volleyball. Who know, maybe you'll love it. Have you played contained by gym or anything, it would give you a fancy of what a real volleyball spectator sport is like and it would grant you a chance to really come up with about which sport you'd resembling to do. Basically, it is your decision. I'm sure that you will hold fun in any sport you choose. Just don't forget, it's your life-not the coach's.

if you can be on the volleyball team consequently try to do both. you sound resembling a person that is to say fit and could be in both.. if you own duel sports... i was thinking going on for going out for volleyball and cross country this year.. i am a runner but i would like volleyball.. but i conjecture cross country was my sport and i enjoy wrist problems
is your bouncing good? guess that's the motivation. if so, be careful.

Question:well unquestionably i havent been working out for a while, and yes its time for volleyball ! im on vars and im going into my sofmore year so they work us twice as unyielding. its currently conditioning and school starts subsequent week. i am so sore i cant walk or sit on the darn toilet. i neeed abet. what can i do to relieve the soreness ? NO STUPID ANSWERS !

Sore from practice..
Ah yes.. the pain from those practices. The twinge is telling your body to wake up up. Increased blood flow to the muscles that have not be used in awhile enjoy been expanded and inflamed. While rime or heat to an appropriate nouns is good and will provide some instantaneous help, I'd recommend some type of Asprin or even Aleve. Naturally, brand name sure your parents are aware of the medication you are taking and the amount.
Ice an heat work from the outside surrounded by. Asprin or Aleve works from the inside out.
I also recommend this to my volleyball team: It's considerable to stretch to increase your flexibility and avoid injury. But.. stretch lightly earlier practice, but complete a rigorous stretching routine after practice. It takes some discipline to do this, because most VB players are really tired after a biddable practice. Stretching after allows you to expand the muscles that have have blood going to them for the past 1-2 hours. Plus it slows your heart rate down until that time hitting the locker room!

Try rubbing down with Icey/hot or Ben Gay. But similar to I said I'm not too busy. :-)
Take a very heat bath contained by Epsom salt (purchase at drugstore) and later after putting on clothes, stretch while your muscles are warmed up from the hip bath. Stretch for 15-20 minutes. Good luck.
either rime bath. thats wear u whip your bath tub and clear it super cold and sit in within for 15 mins the after words ice any other parts of your body that still quality sore. after all this help yourself to a nice warm shower. this will aid you a whole lot!
ably stretch before and AFTER every practice because that will plainly minimize muscle ache...and when you grasp home you take a hot hip bath...but basically lots of stretching...on weekends hang on to the work out to a minimal.walking or jogging and if you can order basic conditioning exercises
i take som1 2 rub my legs and shoulders and stretch a whole bunch bfore and after practice it help a lot i of late started volleyball

if you can try to get a manipulate and if it gets really impossible talk to the trainer or rob some days off.
hot baths next to epsome salt appear to help too.
survey it with the rime though... it may cause more soreness and tightening..
1) stretch
2) if you can, try and seize your hands on those home squeeze machines. That's what i do for soccer and for volleyball. It feels really nice afterwards...
3) Ice- I'm not so sure roughly. It may or may not alleviate the soreness. O_o Heat should work though...
4) Don't know about baths. I steam up the bathroom by using hot hose and so when I come out, it feels relaxing. :)
5) Don't know what else to right to be heard. My friend was sore from her vball military camp, but I kinda just uh hung up on her. hahaha
i have that too i started up last week and i know how it is!! what i did (it might hold like 2-3 days to progress away) but keep rubbing it, dont close to pound on it, but rub it and another great way is to hop within the shower and to turn the shower head to the sector of your body that hurts, like if its within between your shoulders, bend over and let the hot dampen be on your back for a few minutes! and if your legs hurt, lug a slow jog around your neighborhood or a long tramp, it stretches your legs but gets the strain to go away because it sorta relaxes the muscle! i hope one of these worked for you, cuz they help me!
Before ur do practice STRECH and if u still hurt the end of practice after u know that u need to stretch more and harder..and to relieve soreness u enjoy know...try heat and cold patch and put those on the joints of ur body and they will effect the total body.
