First off, you enjoy to be eligible. Just do what your coaches tell you and you'll stir pretty far. If you're not sure on what to do then ask for help--they WILL relieve you out. Jr. High volleyball is mostly social...it doesn't get super-competitive until dignified school.
YAH yaa... umm resourcefully.. u have to hold a basic comprehension of how to bump, set, and spike.. the'll teach u betts but ya. branch alwasy stay on yur toes..
I played in elevated school and pretty much the solitary requirment to try out was a 2.5 GPA. It help to have hand-eye cordination since that's for the most part what volleyball is and if you're tall and playing within the front just remember to go and get your feet rotten the ground...the higher you dive the better your chances of blocking the globe are (obviously).
I used to play a good volley when I be younger... about 13 or 14 years ripened... I don't know if you have already hear about Ana Moser, a outstandingly famous Brazilian volleyball player... economically, I used to learn how to play a pious volley at her volleyball school at that time... here surrounded by Brazil, of course!

My daughter is just about your age. We play a game call bump, set and spike all the time and her skills own dramatically improved over days gone by year. Serve the ball to your partner just about 10 ft away. They bump, you set and they spike. You then bump and verbs until the ball drops. I would also work on your standing rear by jumping rope or something similar. One piece I noticed at the league she played contained by was the number of points lost by not getting the serve within play. I would pace rotten the approximate distance and work on getting the ball to the dissimilar teams support line of players consistently. You call for to work on these fundamental skills all the time.
trust your ability, and believe in yourself. apposite luck!

Question:i need some assistance can u tell me the rules when playin? not only just one rule a few of them
Answers:
You cannot hit the ball twice surrounded by a row. The ball have to be hit over the net to the other troop without it have been hit more than three times. When a globe is served to your side someone usually hits it to the setter who sets it in the upper air and a hitter "spikes"(hits it hard) or lobs it. If the ball is on the column it is in, outside of the lines out. The orb will be called out if you touch the lattice or step under it. The globe cannot touch the floor. I hope this helps.
OH! i go to a volly ball military camp...
here r some rules...
There are 3 basic moves.
1.bump
2. set
3.spike > Hit
1. When u serve u cant progress past the file
2. You can only hit the bubble 3 times on your side of the net.
so after the bubble is bumped 2 on your side of the net. U enjoy to hit it over...
3. Advice~ Always be talking! Saying MYNE! and FREE BALL!
OK...
Have fun...
