Question:any tips to help me kind the team?
Answers:

Attitude and go... show you are open to help/suggestions and consequently put the suggestions to use. Coaches appreciate talent but they also want people that they can educate (don't act approaching they're perfect they instrument they are).
bend your legs, dont swing when you serve make surre its easier said than done and long or near the 10 foot queue is good also. if your a setter bend your legs and engender it high. if you a hittter brand sure you can block and that you can bend your rist
I WOULD SAY JUST JOIN A SMALLER TEAM THAT DOESNT INCLUDE TRYOUTS LIKE SPORTS OF ALL SORTS YOU AUTOMATICALLE MAKE THE TEAM AND PRACTICE IT ALWAYS MAKES BETTER...
Do everything the coach tells you, ask as various questions as you can, and above adjectives practice a lot, volleyball is adjectives about mucle memory and getting your body to step through the motions without have to think something like it and the only means of access you will be able to do this is to practice it over and over and over...anyway correct luck and try to have fun volleyball is a great sport
Do everythign the coach asks you to do, show what your biddable at, be open to suggestions, procure in shape by running on stairs or leg excercises to increase your leg muscles. practice at home, clutch a friend and pepper (bump set spike to each other) beside them. Serve against a wall, passa gainst a wall. Just play as much voleyball as you can before it and you'll do great!
dont swing ur arms when u leave behind cuz it goes straight up or over and out. dont tolerate the ball drop, coaches love players that budge for every ball so dive to grasp them.
Do the best you can be, but if u don't make it , their lose not yours.
*Good Luck*
do WHATEVER you are asked to do by the coach, if you don't have a handle on a drill ask, and make an print of yourself, show em' why your their!
