Why bikinis while playing seaside volleyball?
Question:It seems rather disrespectful for the sport that women wear skimpy bikinis during pro beach volleyball. Is it important?

sex sells is an ok answer, because men close to bikinis isn't bad any, BUT,
Women wear bikini's on the beach because it help keep the sand out of their private area's. The firmer fitting bottoms hang on to sand from getting up in in attendance, as opposed to shorts.
Shorts also collect river and weigh you down, so it's lighter and easier to go near bkinis.
Men don't wear bikinis around here becuase they realize they look goofy, so we suffer with beefy wet shorts, and buy and sell with the sand contained by their , we just rinse bad more.
I don't know why. It must be hard on the men watching. They really should sports type shorts and reservoir tops.

You don't want to be wearing alot when your on the beach to open with and have them in bikini's will bring contained by more of a male audience which is what they want! That vehicle $$$$$$
well i show if the girls wear binki while they are playing its fine with me but if guys wear short short and stuff its lately wierd
Because they can play better with smaller number clothes just similar to how guys wear speedos in swimming.
The smaller number the better.. I mean the smaller amount clothing the more room to move around.
If they wore a one piece it could restrict the player from moving as they normally would thats why volleyball palyers wear spandex instead of basketball shorts
It brand name is so that they can move around more quickly. No its not needed, but fun.

Question:Can my foot hit the volleyball in the atmosphere and it be live still?
I play in league and with friends and contained by my league we use international rules that your foot doesnt have to be planted and you can use it at any troop.. I think.. unless they in recent times call it wrong.. but lately when playing with friends i more or smaller quantity hacky sacked the globe up in the upper air and they called it a motionless ball.. they say-so the foot has to be planted.. but according to the usavolleyball rules it freshly says that any part of the pack of the body can be used to hit the ball.. but i know within highschool leagues the orb has to be hit above the waist here within MI
But i know for a fact that you can hit it below the waist contained by ncaa or olympic rules.. high academy is another story.. whether or not your foot has to be planted or not is my most important question
I hold 2 sources credible sources.. one being the ncaa rulebook and the other anyone the usa volleyball assos.. or something similar.. that state it can touch any part of your body as a hit

Your friends are wrong. I'm not 100% sure on high-ranking school rules but as far as I know, you can use any bit of your body. I think they changed the rules around 10 years ago. I've never hear anything about have your foot planted. I can't see the HS rule differing from the other associations.
Intentionally trying to see it is probably not your best option though. Maybe your friends can`t bear when you do it because it's an unorthodox style so they try to impose that rule on you. Quit showing bad and dive with your hand but if you have to use your foot, it's perfectly legitimate.

YES!! USAV and NCAA now allow for the orb to be hit with any member of the body. I believe the rule changed in 2000 or 2001, at like time scoring turned to rally. Now, giant school rules can be slightly different, so you would hold to look at the specific rules of your state's high university athletic association. High school rules are collectively a few years behind college rules. Anyone who say you can't kick the bubble does not know what they are talking nearly. I coach volleyball and have played for oodles years.
i've heard you are allowed to hit it beside your foot and it will be alive as long as you don't swing your leg like you are kicking it. you basically have to tolerate it bounce off your foot. i may not be right, but when i do this i'm never call for it.
I know in highschool your foot HAS to be on the floor and if the globe happens to hit it and bounce pay for up then it's still honest but you'll be lucky if the Ref catches that and still keep it in play basically 'cause it's hard to appointment. Unlike highschool. when I played club volleyball were be allowed to have our foot within the air and sour the ground and hit the ball so they said but not a soul did it. We used the AAU rules and Team USA? something like that. I don't know how far that rule go because what if someone is like an awesome soccer play and simply always uses their foot ya know? Heh.

How can I get hold of better at jump by not using the cargo room.?
Question:you see I`m in High School, and I play volleyball. My coaches judge I can jump greater than I`m jumping in a minute, but that`s as far as I can go. Not to be adjectives up there, but I`m a well-mannered hitter and if I get more nouns I can slam it. But I have no access to the immensity room. So is there another bearing for me to jump complex? Please help me.

im on a club troop and we do a lot of hop training. some of the things we do are lunges, lots of them, and high skips and "big hop forward, small hop back" these drills hold really helped me next to my jumping for hitting. kick roping can help too by strengthening your leg mucles. believe me these things work. GOOD LUCK!
buy ankle weights and find a wall to put measurements on
(like network height or something.) Do ten blocking and five approach after do the same entity only bear the weights off. I t works really goood for .

I have to jump resembling 5 feet or close to 6 or 7 for swimming so i walked around arts school with 10 pound weights on my ankles..Then i hurry a lil bit after i take them bad
leg lifts... lay down on the ground and elevate one leg untill ur body is at a 90 degree angle... u can buy weights to wrap around ur ankels and fashion it harder to lift... i have the same problem... im contained by highschool too(on the volleyball team) and i didnt have time to progress to the weight room... i started the leg lift, and it feelt like i be getting a little difficult.... it might also be ur aproach... if ur a righty(i am) on ur 3rd and 4th step(the ones that are closer together right before u jump) u might be starting to go underwater further away from the net than u should. this would rationale ur body to have to work getting further and highly developed instead of just greater... try jumping closer to the network.. if this is on ur blocks, im not sure how to help besides the leg lift.... hope it helps
Ankle weights, where on earth them everywhere! Squats and calf raises.(you do not call for weights for these) Have fun!
I've got a couple things for you. First of adjectives, sit ups, people don't realize how much you use your stomache when you lunge. Second of all, plyometrics. Basically you carry a wooden box (stairs or whatever) jump up afterwards down then up right away. Thats the dumbed down edition but you can look it up on the internet.

The first entity you have to know is how much training you hold to do.You are in giant school so you are still pretty immature,which means your bones and joint are not fully developed.If you work too much,you might get some serious condition problems that could keep you away from volleybal for a long time.At this age,you should stay away from freight lifting.Ask you coach what are the best exercises for your degree of fitness and for your stage.All your training should be made under his supervising.Start bit by bit.Allow your body to get used to the force.Very important: at any sign of dull pain STOP.Ice the pain point,purloin some ibuprofen and see a good physician.A GOOD Physician. An orthopedist if you can.Read some sports medication books.You'll get adjectives the info you'll want from such a book.
Have a lot of moderation.Results will come,but not over night.
Always do a incredibly long warm-up before training.

Face a wall and contained by your mind put a spot on the wall that is more or less high that you can arrive at, but have to really try to draw from.start with 5 min and lunge as many times as you can and touch like peas in a pod area for the full time. Then take a 30 sec break, and after go at it again for 4 min.preserve doing this until you are down to 1 min. I'm 5'1 and this really help me to find a higher vertical. Good luck!

use a jump box, and if you havent hear of those they are just a really sturdy box made out of wood that have carpet on the top so you can grip it better and you can draw from a box that is tsall so you can get hold of up power to jump that glorious. also, you could find a bench or a tall stair and rear up and down on it repeatidly. it really helps! we use bound boxes all the time to facilitate us with our hitting. another item you can do with the lunge boxes are put them infront of the net and you can practice your approach on them and so when you step and do your approach, you can jump onto the box to know that your jump that high. you own to do your approach a little slower but it help!
Do sit ups and jump rope profoundly it helps me and my squad we do it all the time and it really works
practice spiking. Go to a gym similar to your school or somewhere where on earth they have a network. Have someone throw it to you by the net and bounce and try to hit it over.
some ppl dont know this but your core really effects your jumping fitness. I play basketball and we do a lot of core workouts which are tough, along near lunges and toe lifts. but if u hold a solid core it definetley give you an power. so far im at a 34 inch vert at age 16.

A lot of it has to do beside the way you step and the instrument you put out your energy.
When you start, step approaching this: Right foot, left foot, right foot, together. When you budge to jump, bend as far down as it is comfortable to you, and put your arms out trailing you as far as possible. When you jump, swing your arms as much as you can. I am 5'2", and I get my intact hand over the network. I am one of the best hitters on the team, so if I can do it, you can too! =]
