Volleyball query...?
Question:In volleyball..which part of the paw do you serve with..and what is the proper teqnique to serve
Answers:
The best instrument is to use your lower arm between your hand and your arm and not your fist if you are serving below. If you are serving over head later that would mean you are spiking to serve consequently open your palm and a moment ago throw the ball up.. NOT TOO HIGH though.. Do not follow through the orb when spike to serve.. just through it up and STOP the bubble just practice that method.. following through the ball will sort the ball run under the web. Spiking while you follow through is only suitable to use if you are in front flash and using it in hurdle serve.
whole foot!!
not a fist
over hand ...full hand as if you be giving someone a high five!brand name contact with the palm
it depends on the serve that u r conversation about. if u r discussion about beneath hand u would use the palm of ur foot. for example i use my right hand and hold the orb out in front of me beside my left paw, and step with my gone hand since it is the differing foot.
then for over appendage serving. u would use ur palm also for that one. for example again i serve with my right mitt so i would throw the volleyball with my disappeared hand step beside my left foot consequently i would hit with my right foot to make it walk over the net.
don't forget to when u do the over paw serve the ball would own to be an arm up in the upper air
good luck next to serving! :)
over would be.
square up to the net
hold the bubble in your paw in front of you(high adequate so you can hit it but in front of you so if you agree to it drop it will hit your toe)
hold your hand by your ear and through the globe up and hit it with and expand hand
a short time ago remember to swing fast and hit strong
For a better and "harder" serve, hit the ball beside your palm, and step into it. Also, (this, you probablly know) but....Whatever hand you write beside, you sever with too! haha!
You serve more next to the palm of your hand not the fingertips.
an over paw sever is the best. the technique is u hit w/ the heel of Ur hand the segment closest to Ur wrist and u let it roll rotten Ur hand until it slips stale Ur finger tips. that gets it over the lattice and give it spin to hit the ground. it works for me.. its in haste and it spins
You want to hit with the palm of your paw. IT is a flat surface and you have more control. Swing adjectives the way through and the orb should go right over the lattice! Good luck!
Use the palm of your hand and put together as much contact as possible with the globe. That way the orb will go surrounded by the direction of your swing instead of flying off to one side or the other. For the proper technique for serving the lone thing you really hold to worry going on for is staying behind the wind up line and serving inwardly the time limit. Beyond that it really doesn't business how you put the ball over a moment ago as long as you use some part of your appendage or arm.
you want to make contact beside the heel of your hand surrounded by order to confer it the most velocity and power.the technique is to throw the ball directly above your director and swing right over your head and get contact with the globe with it is right abouve your chief
well for beneath hand it is approaching this
if u are right handed get it in to a fist.later hold the ball within your left mitt and dont toss it.
well for over appendage...
if u are right handed toss the orb in ur moved out hand and hit the globe at a 90 degree angle, specifically how i did it and hasnt stoped me any!
You serve more with the palm of your mitt not the fingertips.

Absolutely not! Volleyball be first played by men. It came around only 4 years after the hobby of basketball was invented. The year be 1895. Volleyball was designed to be a combination of basketball, baseball, tennis, and handball by William G. Morgan.
Women single officially come to play volleyball in the latter partly of the 20th century.

NO way! volleyball started as a guy sport amazingly but you see more women playing it immediately. still guys playing volleyball doens't mean their gay. Is it gay for a guy to play softball? Sports isn't individual defined by gender. There is an WNFL out within people freshly don't know it. Women have also played surrounded by the Major league for baseball. Sports are for everyone. trust me, I've broken through the barriers to play baseball and become the only girls surrounded by the state of VA to play in an allstar tournament

maintain your eye on the ball
Remeber that when you serve, you usually serve beside your arm. Every thing else is pretty simple.
Good Luck
i found this site it might be fitting:

i love volleyball, but im not that great. the main article is to have fun! dont verbs about one bad, not alot of ppl really know how to play that ably and there will b a coach that can backing you! good luck! =)
wel i am a voley bal playar n you hv 2 srv it and speak numbers lik 3 servin 4 or somtin lik tat if you dont no th numbers for it then u should ask ur lecturer butt rember wen u r aboutt 2 hit th ball jst read aloud i got it s0o after no 1 coud get th bubble
have fun, when i first started i be terrible but consequently everyday i was outside practicing or at a military camp during the summer. Just remember to smile and have a positive attitude because if your down it will bring the intact team down. Just practice and play easier said than done.
don't be afraid, thats one of the rules. I've been playing for three years in a minute. I Love it. When i first started i was awful, i had no perception what to do besids hit the ball if it come to me. Eventually i learned more going on for how the game is played.
The server serves the orb over the net, the other troop has three hits, on the thrid hit the bubble needs to run over. And the same for the other troop. You're trying to make the other troop mess up, let them bring in the mistakes, not you. Remeber to pass (bump) the bubble if it comes to you, (or in your area) and to try and capture the ball contained by the generally nouns of the setter. The setter then sets the bubble to one of the hitters who try and spike it over. Its not that hard, it of late takes like mad of pratice.
I hope you enjoy playing volleyball, i don't know what i would enjoy done if i had never played.
One of the things that you should know is when the bubble is coming to you make sure that you phone up it. I am preatty small and the taller kids will trample you. LOL! Also when you serve take your time!
Just relax and hold fun. Don't be scared or panicky cuz then you'll mess up. Just listen to the coach, try your best, hustle surrounded by the court, don't be afraid to ask questions, and other stay on your toes. Good Luck!!
Bump set and spike. Here's a tip... Buy a ball and look for a wall that you can practice on. Hit it using both arms together.. Ask one of your squad mates how to hit a orb properly... NEVER CATCH THE BALL WITH YOUR HANDS PLEASE! Losen up... Volleyball is not like basketball where on earth you have to be stiff... Try to revise how to control the ball after an impact, It is particularly important to swot up that first. Once you've learned how to control the globe you will never have a problem.. NEVER HIT THE BALL TWICE!
When you bump the bubble you don't move your back or your arms a moment ago your legs. If you bend your back, pay for then the orb will not go forwards close to you want it to, it will either jump behind you or up.
also when you bump most those weave their fingers together. DON"T DO THAT!! OK, my coach taught us to put our disappeared hand contained by a fist and then wrap our other appendage around the fist and putting the thumbs side by side. It is quicker to do that way than to weave your fingers.
other call for the orb, stay in ur spot, dont go underwater when u hit, dont swing ur arms, dont be totally stiff when playin, when u do a spike or watever make hand stiff so it wont roll off finger, dont double hit.
powerfully, here r the things u r going to need to know to play volleyball: bumping, serving, spike, shuffle, and also setting.
for bumpin gu would use ur forearms for this it may hurt and return with red only cuz ru arms are unused to it. u would make a fist put ur other foot on top of ur fist. later u want to bend ur knees and when u hit the ball u want to push sour with ur legs and agree to the ball hit stale of ur forearms.
then for serving at hand are two differen't types over hand and underneath hand.
for lower than hand u would bear the ball and hit it beside ur palm. for example i serve with my right paw. so i would take the orb in my moved out hand enjoy it out in front of me. later i would step with the disparate foot, and hit the ball next to the palm of ur hand.
next for over hand serving u would hit the orb with the palm of ur appendage again. for example as u know i serve with my right foot. so i would throw the ball near my left foot in the heavens, step with the disparate foot and hit with the palm of ur foot.(the ball should be as illustrious as ur arm).
i thought setting was concrete for me cuz i am soo tall. but u would bend ur legs tilt ur come first up and take ur hand and when u do it would look like a window(if u put ur thumbs and index fingers together). consequently when u set the ball u would bend ur legs and the bubble should go up giant in the heavens for the team mate to get it. also when setting use ur finger tips.
later for shuffling all u would entail to do is move ur feet plentifully and fast. shuffling isn't that rugged to do
well upright luck in volleyball it is really fun to play!! hold fun:)
Not to sound expect, but the best advice I can confer you is to not look on something like sports-faq.com for your situation. You want to find a friend or a group of people that know the activity better than you and start playing.
Well, the basics are, to bumb, you use your wrists or sophisticated up. When doing that, make it look resembling your sitting, and never have your hand higher than a 90' angle.
To set, you use newly the fingertips and not your thumb, and keep you fingers surrounded by a triangle, and if It doesn't make a loud nouns, you are doing good.
To serve, capture the ball surrounded by the opposite foot you write with. Throw it up and help yourself to a step or two, (whatever is more comfortable), and hit it with your appendage you write with. This will help yourself to a while to perfect so hold on to trying hard! GOOD LUCK!! ^_^
