http://www.usavolleyball.org/national/an... just look at the ball in these picture. Could you tell me where I can get it, or if I have to order, where I can order one? cuz I've gone to The Sport Authority to buy it but they don't have it.
Answers:

Should be a Mikasa but it may be Tachikara. You really can't go wrong with either one. It's easiest to order from a vb website bc most stores don't carry quality vb equipment. Here's a link http://shop.volleyball.com/home/equipmen...

How do i manufacture a wrist corasage?

Answers:

Craft stores sell floral supplies for ppl who do their own celebratory flowers and other arranging. You just catch a wrist corsage base and mount your flowers.
It would be long-drawn-out to type it all out. I suggest using Michael's website, they usually own step-by-step instructions. I made a couple for my wedding, but I didn't follow any instructions, they aren't difficult at adjectives. Have fun.
go to Michaels and they should own a lil help guide
I wouldn't recommend wearing one of those on the volleyball court. You're liable to return with your hand caught contained by the net and hurt yourself.

Should my troop bring snack for our spectator sport?

Bring Propel for the fluid portion of it and red slices or bananas for the eating protion
The coach would know. Should be, yes, but since you are within a gym, what are the rules? Can you snack in the hall?
bring a healthy snack close to penaut butter and propel and it during haftime breaktime whatever u phone it or at the end of the team game
snacks all around>> bring on the pretzelsand propel!
!!!!!!!!!!...
I am other hungry and even now at the professional horizontal I am always the one that have a granola bar or sandwhich between sets. This can bring out of control though, and not everyone wishes or likes snacks. Gatorade and fruit juice are good, but think twice of the amount of sugars. Gatorade, watered down is best I think.

About the no food or drink policy I contemplate that is to avoid things getting out of mitt. Maybe have a assemblage with the principal explaining your issue and ask if in that is an exception for maybe purely a power bar or something on the sidelines. Make sure that you don't hold the full on smorg es bord buffet going on and hopefully you should make some headway. Good luck!

Volleyball.?

Question:what is a best postion in volleyball and what should i do if im not worthy at setting the ball
Answers:

It depends, if your speedy on your feet and can win a good outdo up to the setter then conspicuously go for posterior row but if you can hit will and are tall adequate to block, try being a hitter. My counsel is just to try a bit of everything and see how it works. If you want to rearrange your setting you can ask your coach to give you some drills to work on at home or of late set against a wall. Good luck!
you should be at the back
ably, you have to rotate, practice beside other players that are good B4 you play near your friends.
idk about the a different position but u should practice or u should ask u'r coach for a different position
digger is a right position if you're not good at setting. It plays on the wager on row primarily- youve gotta be quick on your foot and not afraid to dive, though! you're there to take into custody the spikes and sometimes serves from the other team-
well, within are really only 4 positions contained by volleyball - even though there are six players on the floor.

1 - the setter - the setter is really approaching the quarterback in football, or the point guard surrounded by basketball. The setter always other always bring the second hit - and they use that to set up one of the hitters - so they can hopefully spike the ball. The setter wants to be able to consistently set the globe, in assorted different sets (high, low, quick, outside, inside, etc.).

2 - the middle hitter - this position is usally reserved for taller players - who play the middle front position. They specialize within doing quick sets (1's and 2's), and use their point to their advantage.

3 - the outside hitter - this is the position that usually hits from the front vanished side of the court (though sometimes the front right). Again, you have to know how to hit a variety of sets from the setter.

4 - shielding specialist. This position has be around for a while, but has changed next to the advent of ralley scoring. The new rules for deterrent specialist mean that they wear a different colored jersey than everybody else on the court, and they hold different rules about rotation. Also, because they're wearing the different jersey - the are barred to spike. A lot of times, they are the ones who take the first hit - so they call for to be really good at endorsement, though not neccessarily always a bump (underhand pass). Sometimes the precautionary specialist acts as a back-up setter.

Most players approaching to be hitters - there's something really satisfying roughly speaking getting a good hit within.

If you're not good at setting, probably a hitter position is virtuous for you. If you're shorter, then you might want to presume about the protecting specialist position. However, you'll need to work on your setting.

My suggestion to you is to spend seriously of extra time working on your setting. One thing that I other found helpful is to lay contained by bed, and set up towards the ceiling, seeing how close you can get the orb to the ceiling without truly touching it.

You won't be actually setting surrounded by the correct position - but getting the "soft touch" down.
be a defensive specialist (libero)
individually I'm a good setter or hitter
The most fun Position is Opposite... "usually the soaring goofy left hand kid" You get more of the hits and most offense's revolve around you. I one-sidedly Love being a Libero thou because you go and get to set up the pass and minus you your team is toast
you could be outside hitter( hits most of the ball)
or
blocker
catch in the final row if you can serve, be the server, if you cant, get within the middle, or the other side!
YOU SHOULD TRY SPIKER! THAT'S ANOTHER COOL POSITION.
Your question requires plentifully more detail. If you are tall, you should probably be an attacker. Middles are commonly the tallest, but you must be agile. If you aren't quick on your foot, you won't be very efficient in within because you are required to block pretty much the whole network, and attack with rapid tempo in sophisticated levels. If you aren't that soaring, or aren't a very moral jumper than a wager on row player might be better.

Defensive specialists or liberos are strictly for passing and digging. You are specializing surrounded by these skills so you need to be "right on target"...no pun intended :)

If you are a correct all around player, save for you mentioned the setting...then outside hitter/right side hitter would be flawless. You play all around doing attacking and passing/digging and commonly need to be on the floor at adjectives times. Hope that helps!

Good luck! And remember if you practice setting it will draw from better, don't just bail on it because you aren't appropriate at it for the moment. Cheers!
the best position in volleyball is the especially middle because you dont have to verbs about never getting the orb and ususally it is always coming to you. i love the middle and serving that i fun too but just if you are good at it. but trust me the middle is the best position
