I involve lend a hand near volleyball!!?
Question:i can`t seem to catch the ball contained by front of me real large with my disappeared hand so i can hit it next to my right.
then again, my orb is different than my school`s.
anyway, i only find it over the net every few tries and serving tryouts are tomorrow!!
please impart me tips on how to improve on overhand serving!

ok so i play volleyball and have be playing for about 6 years. i be never any good serving any especially since im quite short. sometime during scrimmage at religious camping trip another troop mate said to me" why is your hand so relaxed when you hit the ball" he said to me that you enjoy to make sure that your right palm. the mitt u hit with, is fundamentally hard and sturdy and a severely flat surface , dont let it jiggle basically.also for begginers it is waay easier to undo your fingers. hope this helped

Put your right hand lying on the ball purely before the toss. That process your arms are straight and the ball is a appropriate distance from you. Then pull your right arm spinal column behind your ear as you toss. Step into it and lock your wrist right until that time you hit the ball. Good Luck!
Is vollyball expensive to play?

If it's for highschool then not really. You only just need to catch shoes (non-slip soles), kneepads (around $20), and if your school does t-shirts and adjectives that you buy those (ours are $10-$15). Also you'd need a sports physical.
Just don't dance falling and break something and have to hang about for a 1/2 hour for the ambulance! That actually happen at a game a couple years ago! Some girl fell and hurt her d¨Ścolletage and the game be stopped for like 45 minutes!

its depents what team and what nouns you want to play in I play volleyball and its just like 400 dollars very well thats alot to some people but i ponder its worth it oh and if you are going out for a exspencive team capably then you better no how to play and you should be accurate ,if you are not then dont wast the money

because I'm a volleyball player yes volleyball is the second to the most popular and the most expensive winter sport in the world so my answer to that questoin is yes.
at the club horizontal is can get up to 10,000, it is pretty expensive to play club,
if you connote equipment, obviosly depending on quality but its not as expensive as read out football
Definately not...find a gym (high school=free!)...knee pad, approx. $20...add a volleyball and some friends and you're honest to go. Enjoy!! It's the greatest sport out in that :)
You can play with a local group or for your institution for $60-$100. It is soo funn to play!
well, you own to have a volley globe, knee pad, and a net...not really, depending on if you are using another lattice, or ur planning on setting up a court in your backbone yard...u really stipulation more info for me to answer this question
no not really. Its probably cheaper if you play for a academy.
if your goin to play club volleyball it IS rather expensive unlike on a arts school team. Remeber, when you play club you achieve much better, you have experiance consequently, and you learn deeply of things. I thik that club volleyball is worth it. i rember in middle college volleyball we stunk one year after that school season i tried out for club, played that in one piece year, and i came wager on and i was and still am the best player on the troop.
it is not too expensive - you need knees pads and moral sneakers and maybe to associate a team it may cost a short time - but other than that you dont stipulation much other gear so it is relatively cheap
If you just play at the YMCA or university its not that expensive but if you play club volleyball where you travel out of state and step to big tournaments it can get pretty expensive...when i played this year it be close to $3000.and that was for a 15's troop

You bet it is well atleast if you want to be at the top. About $4,000 for club (every year)this is for the best club surrounded by my state but some clubs in resembling California and Texas cost like 10,000 to play on and you enjoy to pay for traveling fees and the coaches fees

Big ego, small skill?
Question:i am getting soooo frustrated with this one girl on my volleyball troop. shes realllly bad and cant do anything for the time or her and then she consultation like shes the best party on our team and we adjectives would be lost without her! she think the only sense my friend and i are the starting two setters is because her mom and my dad coach! and thats not true because some random ppl who dont even know us pick the starters what can i do more or less it!!

In my experience, skill outwieghs have a chat. Once you are on the court compete with her, but compete within a way that still exudes cooperation. If she loves volleyball she will realize who is better, and what is best for the team. Just be the bigger party and take her lower than your wing (try to help her) because as a setter you control the court.
nearby will always be a sour puss no situation what. but heres an idea. if when you practice and shes on the otherside of the court(mock game) spike it on her, brand name her dive, or ace her.
