Question:S. C. natural resources department issued a lifetime license to individuals over 65. I need an application for a lifetime fishing license.

you dont want to pay for a lifetime license within S.C. if you are over 65....at age 65 you become eligable for the grandfather fisherman status which entitles you to fish the rest of your days for free.compare that to the $500 for the lifetime license
I got mine at Walmart. They did the paperwork & give me a temporary license. A few cdays following I got my irreversible in the post.
