pretty much condition as much as you can push yourself to get faster, work better as a troop, and train in orb handling and strategy. Also find an advanced player to give you some pointers,

What is a good division 2 school in california, or any state for that matter, with mens water polo?
Question:i am a senior at lincoln high, and im the leading player on my school team, but our league is't very good, so we don't get looked at very much. i have played for the univerity of the pacific coach, and i am very good friends with him, but they are division 1 and the 6th best team in the country. even though i play for him year round, he said i should look for a D-2 school, that would be perfect for me. i was wondering is anyone knew of any good D-2 colleges preferably in california, but anywhere is fine, that has a mens water polo team? thanks alot!

Body Boarding is great good fins and board and you are set. Can deal with any sort of wave and jump hard. Just swot to duck dive if in big surf. A lot of stand up surfers are held fund from reef breaks

Sea Kayaking. The freedom on water, the intuition of paddling with or against the current and coil and having finger food n expeditions are so much fun. Out within the open marine, is just u and the great outlook, looking land piles from a different angle. Get Wet!
