Hey curling is alot of fun i used to detest it too but it kinda grew on me when two people from my hometown of chisholm Minnesota (Sean Rojeski And john Schuster) go to the winter olimpic games and placed as well as they did i would similar to to see all of you desperate mouthers try to even come close to hitting the botton with one of those rocks and thats not even next to any other rocks in the house

Question:Isn't Rome a better brand than K2, Burton, and lamar

Your question concerns a broad range of snowboard products. Rome be actually started by one of Burton's product manager that wanted to strike past its sell-by date on his own. Rome is a high trait "core" company that caters just to snowboarders and not "populace who snowboard" (yes, there is a huge difference). Burton offer high characteristic stuff to everyone from the core riders to the casual rider. K2 is a ski company that crossed over years and years ago. Of adjectives the ski board companies I'd say that K2 is the coolest and offer a good board. I instinctively just hold issues supporting a company that really doesn't care almost snowboarding and just care about $$$. Lamar is a big box store brand, sold surrounded by Big 5 and Sports Authority and are complete crap. I'd avoid Lamar all together.
No brand is better than another. Diferent boards hold different styles for different people.
i influence rome is better than burton, but only by somewhat, but rome snowboards are less expensive. i voice burtons are just for a time better than K2s and K2s are waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay better than lamar.

Lamar deeply sell budget boards nought wrong with that i suppose, as a cheap snowboard is better than no snowboard. But as beside everything, you pay for what you carry so out of the brands you have mentioned they are the lowest good. Out of the other three its firm to say which is the best, ive never ridden a Rome board so its rugged to comment on them. Ive ridden Burtons and owned a K2 darkstar which was a really nice board. As said by Paul G Rome are a break past its sell-by date company from Burton. Some of their boards are very similar the Burton Custom and Rome Anthem are rumoured to be pretty much indistinguishable board but with a different clear. Not sure if thats true or not but based on experiece and what ive hear off other riders and inhabitants who contribute to this site, i don't think you can travel wrong with any Rome,Burton or K2.

Like the others say, no brand is certainly better the other. It pretty much all up to personal belief and experiences. Lamar is known as a cheaper / lower aspect brand, thats a given.
Out of all you mentioned, my favorite brand is Rome. I in actual fact just bought a Rome board/bindings set. I one and only hear great things about them and thats how they get this good, word of mouth.
I don't know much in the order of K2. I rode a K2 fatbob back within the day which I didn't close to so that was that, lol.
Burton I hear seriously of things, both good and tie, as they are the most popular brand. I'm sure they make great products but it of late seems their products are overpriced a bit next to their technology not as progressing as it should, especially when they are this big of a company. Marketing plays a big part of their sucess. This is my give somebody a lift on them, but I would still buy from them if they have a flawless sale =)
as mentioned already several times nearby is not only one suitable brand and a few bad ones, also you single just mention markedly few brands when there are so plentiful more...
and with snowboarding brand, do you be set to a brand making snowboards, snowboards and bindings, snowboards and bindings and boots, snowbo.etc...
What you pay is what you get hold of. If your going to be doing racing or seriously of tricks, Rome might be better. If you are a beginner, really an ok snowboard will work.

you cant forget about germany. They did hold the most medals surrounded by the 2006 Olympics. other then that, Norway anf Finalnd are popular to.

There are a few, it depends on the sport. Norway is agreed for cross country skiing. France is known for alpine skiing. Switzerland is specified for it's mountains.

Norway is famous for their winter sports, as is Finland.
Slovenia... a tiny nation, but near so many diverse winter sports and so masses good athletes even though the population is lower than 2 000 000 people. They enjoy the highest ski leap in the world. THey just have four rime rinks, but their hockey team is among the best 16 within the world. Their skiers excell and are frequent visitors to the top three contained by competitions. THey have solid rime skaters. Their biatholn competitors are among the best too. And, a Slovenian is the first and so far the only human being to SKI off MOUNT EVEREST!
Germany...
They own the money and power behind their winter sports programs.
Just look at their pendant haul from the Torino Olympic Games. They brought home 29 medal to top the podium.
German is strong across the board in events close to skiing both nordic, alpine and jumping, the sliding sports of bob, skeleton and luge, afterwards you have long track speed skating etc.
Other countries such as Norway are familiar but only within one or two areas such as nordic skiing or speed skating.
