Any tips for staying contained by accurate snowboarding shape?

Question:i love to snowboard i was wondering if anyone have any tips on how to stay in virtuous snowboarding shape during the summer.
Answers:

Here's a good article:

http://www.snowboarding.com/howto/stretc...

Before I start the season, I work on the muscles that get extra sore my first time out. Legs: quad, hamstring, and calves. I also try to really strengthen my core (abs & back). Of course 30 min cardio a few times a week help me sort it through the whole time on the slopes w/o getting too fatigued. Fatigue is injuries' best friend. ;)
Sunboard, during the off-season
just hold your leg muscles in shape during the summer
that's adjectives you can do unless you find some snow in July
They say aloud stretching helps out alot.
Beer! Drink lots and lots of beer

I am going on a trip to Colorado this february. Should I try skiing or snowboarding?

Question:I am 14, 5'3", male, 105 lbs, pretty strong legs.
Answers:

i am asuming you hold had no previous skiing and/or snowboarding experience back.? if you have strong legs, consequently skiing might be good for you. within skiing you use your legs a whole lot more later in snowboarding. i would recommend skiing. but you could other try both, too.
Yes, try both! There are some awesome slopes here. Enjoy your visit!
cool i'm 14 and ur same plane i'm a girl tho i like both...but i would suggest skiing...well brought-up luck cya
Try both I agree but ski are easier to learn earlier snowboarding. Thats how I did it.
i think u should try snowboarding because it great to revise something different and adventurous
If you are planning a day trip to one of the ski areas you can try both. Most of the rental shops at the ski areas will allow you to rent any ski or snowboarding equipment and exchange it for the other later surrounded by the day. My son have done both and says that skiing is easier to swot but the snowboarding is more fun.
yah im from Durango, check out Wolf Creek or the Aspen Highlands.
skiing is easy to swot up 1st day sturdy to get perfect at.
snowboarding is hard to swot up 1st day natural to get biddable at.
skiing takes you faster.
snowboarding frees you up. (no poles)
own fun and come back soon.
that depends, if you hold ever skateboarded or surfed than you will probably do alright snowboarding. If you have never done any of these then you should ski because you will not be within as much pain at the winding up of the day.
resourcefully that is a tuff cross-question because if you go up to the mountains closely i would say try snowboarding because it take a while to learn but once you do it is amazing and have no limits, but if you are basically going up a couple times every winter i would say ski because it is somewhat easier to pick up and a little smaller amount painful.
Start you skiing, THen snowboarding, more confrontational
if you never done any of them try skiing at first beacuase its easier but if you try snowboarding its more of a challenge and more exercise, but hurts more when u jump down
