How do you choose a ski boot?

Question:How should it fit to minimise discomfort during long days of skiing?
Answers:

It must not pinch! Any slight pinch will be a big pinch at the end of the afternoon when your feet are swollen. It should not be loose around the ankles or foot as you need the firm support but if your toes are crunched or your circulation is compromised you'll be repentant!
Get the guys in the shop to tender you their full attention and tell them exactly how you have a feeling with your foot surrounded by the thing. Don't permit them wander bad - you need expert suggestion.
Make sure there is almost a centimetre between your toe and the end of the boot to allow for when you are pressing forward within a skiing position. Also keep contained by mind that you will probably be wearing thick socks when you ski.
Go for a worthy brand like Nordica, they put more work into designing a comfortable boot.

Anybody know apt "show music" for a program??

Question:my friend are looking for some show music for a pairs program, any suggestions??
Answers:

Well it depends on what kind of program you want to do so here are a few suggestions: I find that the best songs are on movie soundtracks and I've picked my two inclination ones. For something a little bit dimness and dramatic try 'El Tango de Roxanne' from Moulin Rouge or for a more latin inspired routine I'd suggest 'Rhythym of the Night' or if you fancy some French flavour 'La Complainte de la Butte' from the same soundtrack. The subsequent ones are from the soundtrack to 'Kill Bill Vol.1'.'Battle without Honour or Humanity' is pretty edgy and really if you wanted to try something different or for a softer, more smooth routine 'Flower of Carnage' is really sweet. My last suggestion is 'Dont agree to me be Misunderstood' which is very Stephane Lambiel 'Flamenco' style.
I hope that help! You dont mention if this is for a competitive program or an exhibition but I'm sure all these songs come surrounded by instumental versions if you're excluded have lyrics.
Anything from Les Miserables! Especially Empty Chairs at Empty table, and On My Own. Soooooooooooo great!
You should do something that you like. I intuitively like some of the ones that hold a lot of gusto, but you probably have a favorite song that you could do that would be really fun for you.
you should do something specifically upbeat. At my club, I can't have lyrics within my music. I use Finding Nemo 1.3. it starts off slow, but within mine, I do a b/o pivot x2, a 3 jump, flip x2, later 3 mohawks, followed by a double toe, then a 1 foot spin, etc.
sullied love - so good.

or try hot hot hot .
"Meant to Live"
i hear that in my rime skating arena. great song! this is like brisk music for ice skating
my friend did pirates of the carribean, i'm not sure if it be with a partner doing shindig or not though. walk away might be a fun song to do too. i've be able to picture programs next to that song. and same with i will survive
West Side Story, i skated to that. And Yanni is AMAZING so several wonderfull song. But if your looking for a up-beat program Cirque De Soliel has great music.
Good Luck

Sergei Rachmaninov's 3rd of his 3rd piano concerto. It contains fire and it contains rime!

I was skiing to this a couple of months ago and despite the crud and bumps it be amazing how much ole Sergei straightened out my line!

Boots 2 be in motion w/ bindings?

Question:i just bought 06 burton freestyle bindings. witch 06 boots would fit into my bindingds best? i know u should other buy ur boots before ur bindings but i screwed up and bought the bindings first so u dont have need of 2 tell me i should enjoy bought the boots first
Answers:

You don't necessarily need to buy your boots first. Just know the brand, style and size binding you purchased and try on some boots at the store. Most stores will be capable of tell you if your boot will fit contained by that binding, and because Burton is such a big manufacturer surrounded by the snowboarding business, most stores will carry the Freestyle, so you may be capable of try the boot in the binding.

Most of the time if your boot doesn't fit, it's because you purchased the wrong size binding!
bring the bindings to the store and after you try your boots on see if it works
Don't verbs 95% of all boots will work near you Burton bindings. The bindings are adjustable so get the boots that are comfortable and will work for your foot not your bindings.
Burton make really good boots. I don't recommend that you buy Ride boots, they trip up apart and the company doesn't stand behind their product.
