Who have skied the Atomic SL:12?
Question:How was it? Speed, turn radius, smoothness, stiffness, etc.
Also, how does it compare to a more adjectives round ski?

I've skied on it a couple times. It most definitely is not an adjectives round ski. It is a full on race ski. You would ski this ski vastly short (I'm on a 160 and I'm just underneath 200 lbs.) and it has a fundamentally tight turning radius. Overall, my impression is that it is a twitchy, briskly, racing ski. Not trouble-free or comfortable to ski on but boy does it carve capably. I would only recommend this ski for a couple of empire; Racers and high reading carvers who ski only unyielding groomed runs and like to brand lots of turns. If you want a race inspired ski specifically better all around check out Atomics SX series. Those skis are amazing.
EDIT (in admiration to the next answerer): Atomic not a biddable ski? Watch the World Cup.8 of the top 10 finishers at any given race are on Atomic. They are an amazing ski, they aren't for everyone but they are an amazing ski nonetheless. And if you're going to distribute an answer like that BACK IT UP somehow.
atomics arent a really good ski, oh and for that guy up nearby thats trying to edit my answer. im sorry that u construe all skis are for everybody but i perfer fischers if you hold a problem with that than thats fine. world cup racers are alot different than the uninteresting skiier alright? im not retarded and im sorry i have more of a natural life than sitting on this all sunshine but if you think its that big of a agreement that 24 of 25 people ive ever askd around atomic skis and how they liked them they adjectives said they arent very apt, ive tried them and agree. so you need to settle down down?
I have sx10's beside neox 412 bindings. Absolutely love the ski's. Did 50 days this winter on a variety of terrain and they perform great!!
I haven't got a occasion to try SL:12s yet, buy I hold used SL:11s, and they aren't very different. They hold great grip on ice and complex snow. The turn radius was pretty tight...i estimate it was 12m at 160. They are early and smooth in short turns and enjoy an explosive finish that'll take you by surprise when you first use them. They're pretty stiff, even by see ski standards, buy if you're in shape and own good technique, they should be fine. They can bar very large speeds, but the tips will catch remarkably easily if you straightline or don't pay envelope attention. They were extremely demanding.
Because of their stiffness and immense sidecut, they'll be pretty much useless on anything save for hard snow. A more all-around ski would probably be much softer and hold a less pronounced sidecut. Personally, I prefer slalom skis to all-mountain carvers because I spend 90% of my time on rime and hard snow, but if you similar to bumps, soft snow, park skiing, or powder, I'd either find an all-mouintain ski or get a second double act of skis. If you don't know what you're getting into, I'd try them first. I wouldn't recommend buying slalom skis (especially these ones) without any experience on them.
Absoultely despise atomic skis within general-wouldn't suggest skiing in them
i haven't not skied that ski but atomic is the best brand around they enjoy a 58% win record and athletes beside atomics got 7 out of the 10 dicapline globes on the pro circuit so i construe all that atomic have to offer is devout and i always ski atomics no concern what so i agree with your choice of brand
resourcefully obviously it's a see ski but it can indure a lot. I'm a ski coach and I ski on atomics and love them. Anyone who say that atomics are a bad ski are crazy. I'm a ski coach and I ski on them and love them. Check this out

What can I use to rainproof ski/snowboard gear?
Question:The original rainproof coating on my ski jacket and pants seem to have worn stale. I've read Scotchguard can be toxic. I think I used something call Igloo once, but I don't even know where I get it. Thanks!

Scotch guard is garbage, I would never recommend it.
You'd be surprised at what in recent times washing (with a non-detergent soap) and consequently drying can do for your outerwear. Over time dirt and oils from your skin can clog the pores of your gear reducing breathability as economically as giving water a means of access in and the DWR (Durable sea repellent) coating can be worn away a bit. The simple act of wash will clear the pores improving your breathability as all right as restoring the original properties of the wp membrane. Drying will dispatch the DWR improving your first defense against snow and marine.
If you still don't see water beading on your gear companies resembling Nikwax and Revive X (my fav) make purify in and spray on DWR coatings. I suggest getting the spray on stuff. It works basically as well but will single apply the DWR to the outside of your gear, where you want it, as opposed to how the wipe in stuff will apply it inside and out. This can diminish the breathability of your gear which will cause you to draw from wet from the inside out. Most worthy ski or board shops should have this stuff, especially the bigger guys close to REI, Any Mountain, Sports Authority, etc.
I use this biodegradable stuff called RED WASH
Teflon spray works fine.
When going to paintballin what should i wear not to seize hurt or bruised, and how much does it hurt.?
Question:Im gonna go paintballin this weekend, i dont want to be hurt that bleak where i cant move, what should i wear to diminish the bruises.

its a good sting if the bubble doesn't break. If it does break you barely make out it. It all depends on what PSI the guns will be shooting at. If your at a commercial location they usually regulate that stuff. I other go next to a long sleeve shirt and jeans. Just make sure you own a mask, and except a mask, at lowest possible eye protection.
Don't be a little BlTCH and pilfer it like a man. sniff some coke and you should be flawless
It hurts. Not quite as discouraging as getting hit by a baseball, but it hurts darn bad. Make sure you wear eye protection and a helmet. If you are going to a band, then they will receive you wear them anyway.
If you are afraid of getting hurt and bruised, go do somethin else.
Wear a sticky heavy sweatshirt ,long pant, glasses and something to protect your collar. We got these things really cheap at walmart.
First of adjectives, always (I MEAN ALWAYS!) move around the paintballing arena where on earth there's plenty of coverings! Lost time I went I get hit in the ball! why? Just when the game started, I ducked right within the middle of an open pasture imagining that it would be resembling a computer game (counter strike). ...it hurts....
adjectives u need to wear is camouflage and full-length clothes.(pants, not shorts, that kind of article.) but it honestly doesnt hurt much unless you get hit contained by the back of the leader. when you get hit it only stings for a second and then usually leaves a nice wound on you
