wcw belong to wwe and sting never fixed wwe so i guess they never got his designation
Kurt Angle, Christian Cage, Rhino, Scott Steiner etc. are wwe property but they either get released or quit but they can still use the names freshly like TNA uses Sting.
i own thought about the excat same article man, and i know that tna cant use that name if the baptize is property of wcw, but maybe since vince bought out the company possibly he doesnt care or not whether that designation is used, that could be it

noooooo. Sting was Sting formerly he ever went to the WCW. So that make him the owner of the name. WCW when they hired Sting could enjoy changed his name, and anything that new autograph would have be, they would have owned that.
Most culture when they go to the WWE, the WWE will transmutation their name or tweek it alittle so Vince and the WWE own it and so they can trademark it. Then when that creature leaves they have to budge back to an elder name or use their legitimate name surrounded by most cases.
Example: Monty Brown is his real entitle, so the WWE cant trademark it, So they made him change his autograph to Marcus Cor Von, now that signature is trademarked and no one but the WWE can use it.

Who think Mr. Kennedy is the stupidest wrestler? When will Edge win a world title legitimately?
Question:First, Mr. Kennedy should've never allowed himself to be tricked into a match near Edge. Mr. Kennedy could've done the same as Edge did and become opportunistic. As for Edge, he did indistinguishable to Cena after a grueling Chamber match next to 5 other men (using the money in the sandbank shot). Is he too scared to obverse the champs within a one-on-one match when they haven't only finished one?

As for Mr. Kennedy, a shoulder injury forced WWE to rewrite their plans for Judgement Day, (Which might have be a casket match between 'Taker & Batista as THE Final Match-up between them.)

I am not a fan of any Mr. Kennedy or Edge. They both aren't championship things.
The real defence Kennedy allowed himself to be in a clash with Edge is because he is injured and WWE wasn't gonna permit MITB sit around for 6-8 weeks while he recovered; also, Mr. Kennedy proved his determination and bravery for insisting on not backing out of the game, even after Edge attacked him before the bell ever ring.
I like kennedy, but his ball were a bit bigger than his brains on monday darkness. Of course, the fact that lip cheated(big surprise) helps as powerfully
